** Some might wonder what R.O.C stands for. In 1998, friends and myself came up with the name REALM OF CHAOS. We were a group of online gamers, that loved to grill and chill!! We played together over years, and added members from all over the world. In 2009 -2011 we would have LAN parties, up to 15 computers all hooked together. We would have have massive BBQ meals and have fun for several days, all from my big garage office. It was called ROCSTOCK! When I decided to share the BBQ Juice, it was in the same tenet of enjoying playing and eating!! Many former members are in this group!! ROC On~Grill On!! Thank you!!
Van's R.O.C Juice is made in small batches to give each bottle personal attention. Fresh ingredients, spices, sweetened with fruit juice, a little kick of bourbon and smoked by Mesquite for no less than 4 hours!! It's thick and sweet, with a hint of heat on the back-end.
R.O.C DUST - Is a blend of special spices. I’ve combined ingredients like smoked sea salt, butter powder, and smoked brown sugar. Works great lightly added as seasoning, or heavier for smoking.
I LOVE good BBQ!! I've been all around the world and found the best BBQ is in Texas!! Kids around here grow up learning how to maintain heat on a 2 stack smoker!! Brisket is the king of meat in South East Texas, so a real BBQ sauce was needed to appease my taste! So, I made my own! I love a sweet, thick, sticky sauce that will let the spices and smoke complement the flavor of the meat!

I chose glass bottles over plastic. Even though this raises the shipping price, I feel it enhances the taste, and it's easier for recycling.
